As well as providing superior, long-lasting work, we also offer our clients a Three-Year Guarantee. No matter what rodent related problems pop up during that time we will always come back and sort it out, completely free of charge! The LA Golden Seal Three Year Guarantee will keep your home/business sealed and Protected from rodents for the entirety of the three years. If a rodent gains access to your home, we require the homeowner to contact LA Golden Seal as soon as possible. We will then schedule a time for one of our technicians to come to your home and solve the problem at no cost to the homeowner. If the guaranteed home/business is sold to another party, the Three Year Guarantee is entirely transferable. All we ask is for the new owner to contact LA Golden Seal as soon as possible so we can update our records. The new owners will have the remainder of the guarantee available to them. At the end of the Three Year Guarantee, LA Golden Seal will contact you regarding the option to reseal your home. The Three Year Reseal will consist of the LA Golden Seal team returning to your home and thoroughly investigating the previous rodent seal. The technicians will reseal any existing seal that is weathered or worn. The technicians will also check for any new openings or damage that would allow rodents further access to the home. The most significant part about the Three Year Reseal is that it will be offered at 50% of the original cost of your home's Rodent Seal price, as well as guaranteeing your home for an additional three years. All of us here at LA Golden Seal value our customers very much and proudly offer these savings in hopes that all of our clients can enjoy a lifetime of rodent-free living!
