Matt Taylor
​​Rodent Sealing Specialist/Construction Consultant

     Matt is a life long resident of New Mexico.  He grew up fly fishing, skiing, backpacking, and mountain biking throughout the southern Rocky Mountains.  After graduating from Santa Fe High School he continued in construction which his father James Taylor, started him at the age of eight. After working his way up to project manager for a long term well-known construction company in Santa Fe, the unthinkable happened, the economic crash of 2008. Matt then went on his own up until recently. Only having to dial it back due to health reasons. He has over 25 years of experience in construction and construction management. Not only is he a Rodent Sealing Specialist, but he can also provide expert and valuable information about your home.

Logan Taylor​
Rodent Sealing Specialist

     Logan was born and raised right here in New Mexico. Since a young age, he has always been keen on spending his time outside and working with his hands. He went backpacking for the first time at 3 years old and has been going on multiple trips each year since. He has also played soccer his whole life and ended up earning a spot on the first team for all-state his senior year of high school. Growing up he always told people he wanted to work on houses, "just like my dad". That desire continued and when Logan was twelve he started working on small construction projects with his father. In 2017 he graduated high school from Monte Del Sol Charter school and took a break from construction to attended the University of New Mexico for two years. After UNM Logan started learning how to seal houses like a pro, and today he proudly represents the best of rodent protection in New Mexico.
