  1. Three Year Guarantee is possibly void if additional work (E.g., stucco, roofing) is completed on your home (after the last day of the rodent exclusion completion) that interferes with LA Golden Seal Rodent Seal. If you feel that any additional work you will do might interfere with LA Golden Seal rodent exclusion work, you must contact LA Golden Seal before the work is started to avoid your Three Year Guarantee being voided. 
  2. Three Year Guarantee is possibly void if another party attempts to solve rodent-related issues on your property that LA Golden Seal has previously guaranteed.
  3. If any additional square footage has been added to your home (E.g., additions) after the last day of the rodent exclusion completion, we recommend and require you to contact LA Golden Seal, as the new construction is not guaranteed by LA Golden Seal and may result in previous rodent exclusion work to become faulty. Any service done on new square footage by LA Golden Seal will be done on a new estimate; the determined price of the estimate will then be added to the original estimate as well as the Three Year Guarantee.
  4. If a third party obstructs, dismantles, or tampers with any work done by LA Golden Seal that results in the rodent exclusion work becoming faulty, the homeowner must contact LA Golden Seal to have the work mentioned above repaired. Repairs done on defective work by LA Golden Seal caused by a third party will be done at the homeowner's expense. If LA Golden Seal is not notified of our work becoming faulty, the Three Year Guarantee will become void.
  5. If the homeowner is unable or unwilling to adhere to this agreement, LA Golden Seal reserves the right to terminate the Three Year Guarantee.
